So many people were asking me for advice (W H Y ? I'd like to know...) that I finally just decided to put up some of my ideas here. I definitely don't have all the answers, and I'd appreciate input or new ideas... It all started out at the beginning of a masterclass, when I jotted down a few ideas of things "I wish I had known" and it has ballooned into this site.
